In this project, I played a crucial role as the media buyer responsible for reviving and rebranding the New Smouha Club after its previous management Read more left, taking most of the clientele with them. The challenge was not just to introduce the club with a new identity, but to also reconnect with former clients and attract new ones in a competitive market.
To achieve this, I assembled a team of freelancers, including a graphic designer, videographer, and moderator, whom I supervised throughout the project. I took charge of content creation and copywriting, ensuring that the club's new image was effectively communicated. This involved designing a new logo, creating a fresh Facebook cover, and producing two videos that showcased the club’s revamped look and services.
I strategically utilized the client data that the club still had, organizing a WhatsApp group to directly inform former clients about the new management and the exciting offers available. This was an important move, as it helped re-establish a connection with loyal customers who were previously associated with the old management.
I also developed both the media and marketing plans, ensuring that each post was timed for maximum impact on social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram. The media campaigns were structured to raise awareness, increase engagement, and drive reservations.
Through these efforts, we were able to achieve significant results. The club managed to fill approximately 45 out of its 50 available reservation hours, which was a major milestone, considering the competitive landscape. The campaigns I designed not only reintroduced the club to its old audience but also expanded its reach to new customers. These outcomes were the result of a carefully executed media strategy and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
